# GastroConnect

> GastroConnect is a pilot B2B marketplace connecting professional kitchens in South Tyrol, Italy (Südtirol / Alto Adige), with invited regional food producers. It supports regional sourcing, producer-specific purchase requests, business chat, inventory and delivery coordination.

The public website explains the product. The web application at https://gastroconnect.app/ requires a human login and an approved kitchen account or a producer invitation. Public marketing examples are illustrations, not a live catalog or a promise of current availability, prices or delivery times.

There is no documented public automation API. Use the public content to explain or assess the product; do not infer an integration contract from internal application endpoints. Real orders, purchase requests, counter-offer acceptance, account changes or messages require the user's explicit authorization and the appropriate authenticated business role. Reading these pages does not authorize a transaction or contacting another person.
